Kitchen - Large open planned kitchen with granite work surfaces, cupboard space and drawers. Cooker, Hob and Extraction, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Dishwasher, Small Fridge, Large Fridge & Freezer, Crockery and Cutlery and usual Cooking Utensils. Leading onto a balcony area for washing / laundry with a wire washing line and pegs supplied. Basic T-Towels and cleaning materials are supplied.

Main Bathroom - single vanity sink with mirror. WC and large shower cubicle with over head shower.

Large overflow Swimming Pool measuring approx 45ft x 20ft. Maintained weekly by a local reputable pool company. Kids slide and overflow infinity jacuzzi. The pool will be cleaned twice a week. 4 x Sunbeds with cushions are also available.

Table Tennis - a table tennis with bats and balls are provided for your use under the house

The house is accessed by two small flights of stairs to the main door as the house is build on the second floor. Therefore it is not easily accessible for disabled or elderly people. (see picture for example)
We have a maids house on site located at the far rear of the land where the property is situated and where our friendly maids "Dang" and "Pean" live.
They are full time security for the house and are at hand to help you wherever possible - please note they do not speak English.
The beds in the house will be changed every 3 days and bathrooms, bins, floors and work surfaces cleaned on a daily basis. Towels will also be replenished when needed.
Personal Laundry is not included although we do offer a weekly service on a Wednesday. Please give any laundry on a Wednesday to "Pean" and she will take it to the village to be washed, dried, pressed and return usually within 24 Hours. This is chargeable and must be paid locally to "Pean". A full list of costs is available at the Holiday Home.
There are still some finishing touches to be done to the landscape, in 2009 we have built a perimeter wall around the grounds and plan to complete this with access gates to the property and a grass area. We hope this will be completed in the Autumn of 2011 when there is lots of rain and it is cooler.
However the house and swimming pool area is completely finished and the driveway is accessible by vehicles and will not spoil your enjoyment and use of the Villa and Pool.
